AcoustiCafe: Ben Shannon
Ben Shannon is a combination of laid-back Alexi Murdoch and southern-fried Darrel Scott. He is a nationally recognized showcasing songwriter–most recently at the 2012 Rocky Mountain Folks Fest and as a finalist in the NYC Songcircle Showcase 2010. Songs from his 2011 Album “MOVE ON” have been played on WYEP, WDVE, and Y108. His solo live performances are storytelling events in which words matter and the songs do the telling.
